Number of Servings = 4
Ingredients:
225g pasta shapes
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fromage frais
1 small tin of sweetcorn with no added salt
1 tin of tuna in brine or water
Method:
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water until soft and then drain
Mix the mayonnaise and fromage frais with the sweetcorn and tuna
Add to the cooked pasta
Accompany with cooked vegetables to help towards your 5-a-day target
