"Our survey on patient information is still open and we are keen to hear your views on the types of information currently provided to patients and carers in the UK about their disease and treatments and also about the level of and the quality of information provided. We have heard from some of our E-members that there have been problems accessing surveys online. If you are having problems opening the link to the survey, please do get in touch on 020 8428 9111 and we can fill in the survey for you over the phone or send you a hard copy."
