Wii Fit Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
Visitors to the Telford Talks website have the opportunity to win a Nintendo Wii Console and a Wii Fit Plus games package by taking part in the "Happy and Healthy Kids" conversation on www.TelfordTalks.com as part of a limited period prize draw. The following terms and conditions apply:
Prize draw rules
1. The draw is open to all residents of Telford and Wrekin, except employees, and the immediate families of employees, of NHS Telford and Wrekin, izwe, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
2. The closing date for the receipt of all entries is midnight 31st October 2010.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted. No third-party entries.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete.
5. The prize must be accepted as offered. There is no cash alternative.
6. The winner will be notified by their registered e-mail address within 14 days of the closing date.
7. The decision of NHS Telford and Wrekin and izwe is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random.
8. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
9. NHS Telford and Wrekin reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. If the prize is not claimed within three months, a re-draw will take place.
10. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this prize draw.
11. For the name of the winner, send an SAE to Sian Huszak, NHS Telford and Wrekin, Halesfield 6, Telford TF7 4BF.
